Check In At The Front Desk For Your Class!  Most classes will be told where to go for class at check in.

Do not go on any of the equipment prior to class time!

Each week you’ll rotate to a different area of the gym.

WHAT TO BRING

Shoes You Can Run In & Clothes You Can Move In – e recommend close toed athletic shoes, ideally with rubber bottoms (Think Vans or Tennis Shoes).  Slip-ons often become slip-offs, so bring shoes that fit well! If your shoes are not ideal, you have the option to go barefoot anyway!

A Waterbottle – We have a drinking fountain with a water bottle filling station, but water bottles are generally less wasteful and more sanitary!

Sometimes: A Jacket/Sweatshirt – We always recommend checking the weather and dressing appropriately.  Even for indoor classes as it can get cold with all the doors open!

Optionally: A lock for a Locker! – You’re welcome to use one of our pink lockers, but you’ll have to bring your own lock!
