Looking For Flying Frog Volunteers!

FLYING FROG PARENTS, WE NEED YOUR HELP

We’re asking for willing adults to volunteer with concessions. Using The Form Below, Please Select one or multiple 2 hour shifts you can assist with the competition! As many of you know, we are not a large gym and competition days are long and hard for our staff. We host these because we think it’s a unique opportunity for our students to get inspiration, meet new friends, and challenge themselves. All volunteers will receive 2 spectator tickets as a thank you.

Our Teams 2025 Competition Schedule!

Anyone ages 7+ can enter a competition!

Below are the lists of competitions that we plan to send coaches to this year! Members of Frog Team will be attending, but you don’t have to be a frog team member to try a competition!

For all competitions Saturday will be for ages 7-13 and Sunday will be for ages 14+.

February 1st & 2nd – Parkour & Performing Arts Center (Lincoln, CA – 2 hour drive)

March 8th & 9th – Flying Frog Academy (Our home gym! Don’t miss it!)

April 12th & 13th – Parkour Generations Santa Cruz (Santa Cruz, CA – 2.5 hour drive. Note this is different from Santa Cruz Parkour. Address is 1404 38th AveSanta Cruz, CA 95062, same address as Agility Boulders.)

Regionals Finals – May 17th & 18th – Freedom In Motion Riverside (Riverside, Ca – 8 hour + Drive) – Note regional finals requires qualification.

Hosted Competition Timeline of Events

Ages 7-13: Saturday, March 8th

Ages 14+: Sunday, March 9th.

This timeline is the same for both Youth (7-13) and Teen/Adult (14+) Competition Days. If Events end early, the following Event will begin early.

Duration: 7 hours (10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Setup & Introduction (30 min)
- Final equipment check.
- Welcome speech and rule explanation.
- Warm-up session (5-10 min).
Skill Round (2 hrs)
- Format: Up to 6 Skill Challenges.
- Run Time: 100 participants (1 min each = 100 min).
- Buffer: 20 min for judging and transitions.
- Awards Ceremony: 12:30 – 12:45 p.m.
Speed Round (2 hrs)
- Format: Timed courses.
- Run Time: 100 participants (45 sec each = 75 min).
- Buffer: 15 min for scoring and technical issues.
- Awards Ceremony: 2:45 – 3:00 p.m.
Style Round (2 hrs)
- Format: 10-30 second routines scored on execution, composition, and difficulty.
- Run Time: 100 participants (1 min each = 100 min).

Awards Ceremony: 4:45 – 5:00 p.m.

2025 Membership:

$30 –The annual membership is like a season pass and is required each year and allows you to compete in any/all of the competitions as well as giving you some other perks.

Events:

Individual competition pricing is based on how many events you sign up for! There will be three events: Skill, Speed, & Style:

1 Event: $35

2 Events: $60

3 Events: $75
