What Is Parkour Class?

Parkour is learning ways to move your body through a complex environment!

It’s bases are jumping, vaulting, climbing, & acrobatics but in the end parkour is about overcoming obstacles, challenging yourself, and having fun!

Parkour classes encourage problem solving, creativity, hard work, and play!  Practicing parkour can improve balance, coordination, confidence, & determination.  Plus you learn cool moves!

Our Class Priorities

  1. Safety – Our first priority is that students are safe during class and the environment is friendly and welcoming to all.
  2. Fun – Our next priority is that students have a positive class experience! We include games and encourage our students to embrace challenge and succeed!
  3. Learning – There are lots of parkour techniques to learn and it all takes time!  If you keep coming to class you’ll see different areas of the gym, try different challenges, and learn new skills.  Once you have a parkour skillset, you’ll see all kinds of  new ways to use the gym!
  4. Lots of Movement! – We try to keep classes active and make fitness fun!  We avoid downtime when we can to keep students engaged and moving throughout class.
