Parkour classes get kids moving and learning parkour techniques!
These classes make fitness fun and encourage kids to embrace challenging themselves; all done with a focus on safety and fun.

Kids learn introductory parkour movement while gaining listening skills and experience in a group class dynamic. Classes include balancing, climbing, inverting, jumping, and more. Parents are needed to assist in climbing areas when specified by a coach.
90 minutes of supervised open gym, free for teen and adult members!
This class begins with a warmup game, then we move on to an obstacle course with parkour instruction! The obstacle courses include balancing, climbing, inverting, jumping, and more. Parents are needed to assist in climbing areas when specified by a coach. Waiver will be required for parent and child.
(The parent who fills out the waiver will already be filling it out for both themselves and the child. If there is a different parent or adult out on the floor, they will need their own waiver filled out.)
Open gyms are 90 minutes for students ages 13+ to use the parkour gym and find your own path under coach supervision. This is an ideal time to get in additional training hours to hone skills you’ve been working on! All moves in parkour and acrobatics take a lot of repetitions to master, so come get to it!
