Winter Camp 2024

Parkour day camp for ages 6 to 14, no experience required!

Winter Parkour Camp

Camp will run for 2 sessions.
Session 1: 2 days Dec 26th - 27th.
Session 2: 4 days on Dec 30th - 31st, Jan 2nd - 3rd. (NO CAMP NEW YEARS DAY)
All days run 9 AM - 2 PM, with drop-off available beginning at 8:45 AM.
Campers will need to be signed up for all the days within a session - single-day signup is not available.

Camp Activities

Campers (ages 6-14) will learn parkour skills, develop body awareness, and conquer fun challenges in this movement-focused camp! No previous parkour experience is needed!

Campers are not required to participate in any activities they aren’t comfortable with, but are encouraged to try new activities and will often be given limited options if they’d like to differ from what is planned. Arts/crafts or spectating/helping with the game will always be options for campers who have certain activities they prefer not to join.

Cancellation

Early Cancellation – You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 1 week before the start of camp.
 

Late Cancellation – You may cancel within one week before the start of camp and receive a refund with a 20% cancellation fee. Or receive account credit with a 10% cancellation fee.

Unnotified Absence – If you are absent with no notice, there is no refund available.

Day Camp Procedures

There will be some big changes from our normal camp procedures! Please review the following carefully.

Drop Off & Pick Up Procedure

Arrival:

Please come in to check in your child in the morning.  Drop offs no earlier than 8:45am.   If you do not know your child’s pickup code (it should be emailed to you), then you can get it from the staff member at drop off.  

 

Pick up: 

Remember to tell whoever is picking up your child the required pick up code to sign out your child at the end of the day!  Pick up is at 2pm.  

LUNCH & SNACKS BROUGHT FROM HOME

Food must be brought from home – we will not be providing food, juice, etc. We will have one lunch 30 min lunch break and usually have 2 10-15 min breaks for snacks & taking a breather.  Definitely pack a full lunch and if there’s extra, that could be good for snack break!

Our drinking fountain is open, but we also have a water bottle filler and we recommend campers bring their own water bottle with their name on it!

HAND WASHING & SANITIZING

We require campers to wash or sanitize their hands before any lunch or snack time.

No Electronics During Camp

We will not be allowing use of phones, tablets, or other electronics like this during camp.  

If you would like your child to have their phone so they are more easily able to contact you, that is still allowed.  That said, we will not allow any screen time at camp, even during lunch or break time.  If a child is seen on their phone they will be asked to put it away.  

WHAT TO BRING

A Lunch & Waterbottle + snack – The kids get a good amount of movement, and so they’re going to need some fuel! A full lunch is good and if there is extra then it gives them something to eat during one of our shorter snack breaks.

Clothes that are comfortable to move around in! We will have the roll-up doors open as much as possible for maximum ventilation, which in the fall means the gym may be chilly – we recommend bringing a sweatshirt and/or dressing in layers!

Athletic shoes, preferably with rubbery grip on the bottom! Campers often go barefoot in the gym, but we may be spending time outside in our paved parking lot (with access gates closed), so campers will NEED athletic shoes!
