We are currently only offering Parkour classes!
Parkour and Flips & Acrobatics classes start with a warm-up, then move on to specific techniques with the goal of providing a broad skill set. Beginners welcome! Class concludes with cool-down stretching and sometimes a workout.

Our Yoga class focuses on movements to help you increase body awareness, strength, and endurance. Instructor Cheri brings the fire! Bring your yoga mat! You may also bring other props, blocks, and straps if you have them.
This is a parkour class for ages 3-5! Class begins with a warm-up game, and then moves into a series of obstacle courses. These courses challenge students’ balance, coordination, and strength while introducing the children to fundamental parkour movements and acrobatics! Each week we swap sides of the gym to give the courses a fresh feel. Due to the young age of the kids we normally do not get to use the foam pit, but when we do it’s a big treat!
If your child is 3 or 4, please come on out onto the gym floor during obstacle course time to be available to assist them!
Please note, Open Gym is not available for this age group!
Parkour & Learn to Flip classes do a quick warm up all together, then separate into individual classes to work on a variety of age and skill appropriate parkour techniques. Our coaches make each class different, challenging, and fun! We end with a game or open gym, followed by some final stretches.
Aerial Silks classes sometimes participate in group warm-up, but may also do a silks-specific warm-up! Skytopia instructors teach to each student’s level, starting by using the fabric as a supportive sling and moving towards more fluid and acrobatic movements off the ground as students advance.
Open Gym is unstructured practice and movement time in the gym. Students work on skills of their own choosing with supervision and guidance from the available coaches. This allows students extra practice time to progress more quickly and focus on specific areas of movement that interest them. See our schedule for age groups and times.
